Payments are done with european bank transfer (or Paypal +2%)
I will provide you with the necessary IBAN and BIC codes to make the transaction. Shipments go out on Mondays.
The goods remain for sale until the payment is received. Payments are expected within 7 days after you place your order.
If another person ordered the same good and paid faster, the goods go to him/her.
They are very reliable and fast.
Upon shipment, I will send you the tracking information about your box.
Very expensive and valuable items, like bonsai, will be shipped with UPS, since they also offer insurance.

Parcels with the following destinations are not accepted: Greece, all European islands, Channel Islands, Vatican, San Marino, Monaco, Cyprus, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
